Hadith & Quran

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "He who has been a ruler over (even) ten people will be brought shackled on the Day of Resurrection, until the justice (by which he ruled) loosens his chains or (his) tyranny brings him to destruction."

Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1037

The Prophet also said: "(Those who dispense) justice will be seated on pulpits of light beside God. . .(They are) those who do justice in their rulings, in matters relating to their families, and in all that they undertake to do."

Sahih Muslim, Hadith 844

Enemies of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once sent a messenger who, on arrival, accepted Islam. The messenger then told the Prophet he would never return to those who sent him. The Prophet replied: "I do not (want to create the impression that I would) break a covenant or imprison messengers, so return (to them), and if you feel the same as you do now, come back." The messenger later returned to the Prophet and became a Muslim.
Sunan of Abu-Dawood, Hadith 1182

DR.Tariq Al Swaidan discovered some verses in the Holy Qur'an
That mention one thing is equal to another,
i.e. men are equal to women.
Although this makes sense grammatically,
the astonishing fact is that the number of
times the word man appears in
the Holy Qur'an
is 24 and number of times the word
woman appears is also 24,
therefore not only is this phrase correct in
the grammatical sense but also true mathematically,
i.e. 24 = 24.
Upon further analysis of various verses,
he discovered that this is consistent throughout the whole
Holy Qur'an
where it says one thing is like another.
See below for astonishing result of
the words mentioned number of times in Arabic
Holy Qur'an
Dunia (one name for life) 115
Aakhirat (one name for the life after this world) 115
Malaika (Angels) 88 . Shayteen (Satan) 88
Life 145 ...... Death 145
Benefit 50 . Corrupt 50
People 50 .. Messengers 50
Eblees (king of devils) 11 . Seek refuge from Eblees 11
Museebah (calamity) 75 . Thanks ! 75
Spending (Sadaqah) 73 . Satisfaction 73
People who are mislead 17 .D Dead people 17
Muslimeen 41 .J Jihad 41
Gold 8 .E Easy life 8
Magic 60 .F Fitnah (dissuasion, misleading) ! 60
Zakat (Taxes Muslims pay to the poor) 32 ...
Barakah (Increasing or blessings of wealth) 32
Mind 49 .N Noor 49
Tongue 25 .S Sermon 25
Desite 8 .F Fear 8
Speaking publicly 18 P Publicising 18
Hardship 114 .... Patience 114
Muhammed 4 .S Sharee'ah ( Muhammed's teachings) 4
Man 24 . Woman 24
And amazingly enough have a look how many times
the following words appear:
Salat 5 , Month 12 , Day 365 ,
Sea 32 , Land 13
Sea + land = 32 + 13= 45
Sea = 32/45*100q.=71.11111111%
Land = 13/45*100 = 28.88888889%
Sea + land 100.00%
Modern science has only recently proven that the water covers
71.111% of the
earth, while the land covers 28.889%.
Is this a coincidence? Question is that
Who taught Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) all this?
Reply automatically comes in mind that
taught him.
This as the
Holy Qur'an
also tells us this.
please pass this on to all your friends
Aayah 87 of Suraa (Chapter) Al-Anbia !
para 17 :
During the next 60 seconds,
stop whatever you are doing,
and take this opportunity.
(Literally, it is only 1 minute).

Something larger is happening!

"This mortifying war", as a columnist in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz describes it, was supposed to destroy Hezbollah quickly. But it has now entered its fourth week and far from being destroyed Hezbollah is proving more than a match for the Israeli army.
This is something totally new, no Arab army has been able to withstand the Israeli might for so long. While the Arab street has been electrified, Arab leaders, clients of the United States, look on despondently. For nothing has made them look more impotent. Even in that citadel of silence, Saudi Arabia, there have been small demonstrations in support of Hezbollah.
On Wednesday the Israeli prime minister, Ehud Olmert, in a stern TV broadcast (shades of Churchill?) said that Hezbollah had been crippled. The same day Hezbollah fired more than 200 rockets into Israel, the highest number since this war began, giving a new meaning to the idea of crippling.
Hezbollah knows how to fight. Even though the Israeli army, desperate to salvage something from this conflict, has launched a massive assault across the Lebanese border, and its air force is carrying out round-the-clock bombings, Hezbollah is standing its ground. No Arab army has successfully done this except once before when Hezbollah forced the Israeli army to withdraw from South Lebanon in 2000, and now again when Hezbollah is giving the Israeli army its toughest time since the founding of the state of Israel. And this is a guerrilla organization whose hardcore fighting strength is no more than 5-6000.
There is talk of the Israeli army wanting to advance up to the Litani River. Nothing would suit Hezbollah better because the more the Israeli army is extended the more vulnerable it becomes to Hezbollah guerrilla attacks.
And so, not surprisingly, we are seeing subtle changes of mood and atmosphere. Even the tenor of western reporting is beginning to change. Until a few days ago BBC and CNN were sounding no better than mouthpieces of the Israeli foreign ministry (not to mention Fox News which always sounds like the mouthpiece of the Israeli army.) They were simply unwatchable. Now when Israeli claims and propaganda are measured against the actual performance of the Israeli army on the ground, we can detect the first stirrings of skepticism.
In the Security Council we are now hearing the first reports of progress towards some kind of a ceasefire resolution. The US and Israel wanted it differently: the smashing of Hezbollah before any ceasefire was put in place. But with Hezbollah refusing to crack and international condemnation of Israeli atrocities growing, even the US is being compelled to modify its position.
Even that most hardline neocon, the United States UN ambassador John Bolton, has had to soften his utterances about Hezbollah. (On Wednesday, the BBC's UN correspondent could scarcely hide his astonishment when he was reporting Bolton's "almost emollient" remarks about Hezbollah. For someone like Bolton this is little short of heresy.)
All this is part of something larger happening across the broad sweep of the Muslim world. I can do no better than quote Robert Fisk, widely respected across the region for his outstanding reporting:
"You heard Sharon, before he suffered his massive stroke, he used this phrase in the Knesset, you know, 'The Palestinians must feel pain.' This was during one of the intifadas.
"The idea that if you continue to beat and beat and beat the Arabs, they will submit, that eventually they'll go on their knees and give you what you want. And this is totally, utterly self-delusional, because it doesn't apply anymore. It used to apply 30 years ago, when I first arrived in the Middle East. If the Israelis crossed the Lebanese border, the Palestinians jumped in their cars and drove to Beirut and went to the cinema. Now when the Israelis cross the Lebanese border, the Hezbollah jump in their cars in Beirut and race to the south to join battle with them.
"...the key thing now is that Arabs are not afraid any more. Their leaders are afraid, the Mubaraks of this world, the president of Egypt, King Abdullah II of Jordan. They're afraid. They shake and tremble in their golden mosques, because they were supported by us. But the people are no longer afraid. Whether this is because they've grown tired of being afraid - you know, they say once you lose your fear you cannot be re-injected with fear, you can't start being frightened again - or whether it's because our western forces are now at war with 'Islamists', not with nationalists."
Mark this distinction. Nationalist and secular forces, including the PLO, have been discredited. They were not up to the task before them. They became corrupt and soft. And so their place was taken by 'Islamist' forces which are now the only elements in the entire Muslim world struggling against Israel and the US (two sides, sadly, of the same coin).
'Islamists' are battling Israel in Gaza, 'Islamists' engaging Israel in Lebanon, 'Islamists' fighting the US occupation in Iraq, 'Islamists' battling the American-propped Karzai puppet government in Afghanistan, 'Islamist' guerrillas fighting the Pakistan army to a standstill in North and South Waziristan and an 'Islamist' regime in Iran standing up to the US and providing support to Hamas and Hezbollah. Syria which is secular alone bucks this trend. But even Syria finds itself in alliance with 'Islamist' forces.
So note the spreading arc of turbulence: from the shores of the Mediterranean to the borders of Pakistan this entire region in ferment, the arrogance and stupidity of American policy fanning the flames of unrest and revolt.
Hezbollah already is a symbol of defiance far beyond the confines of Lebanon, its leader, Sheikh Hasan Nasrallah, arguably the most popular figure in the Islamic world today. So what will the Israeli aggression against Lebanon, and American policy supporting it, achieve? Hezbollah will still be around. But with the one big difference that more young men and women will be ready to join the 'Islamist' cause, more people holding up Hasan Nasrallah as an icon of resistance.
Personally I find myself in a strange position. I am as secular in my thinking, if not more than most other people. I was born a Muslim but as is not uncommon in any religion, I count myself among those who have never been very particular about observing the rituals of the faith. Indeed, some of my personal habits are such as not to accord with anyone's definition of correct Muslim behaviour. I also don't like the intrusion of religion into politics and find the average maulvi's ready stock of pomposity and hypocrisy amusing.
My secularism, however, collides with an unpleasant reality: the picture of the Islamic world in thrall to American power, Muslim elites dancing to America's tune, Muslim countries little better than satellites orbiting around the US. I see this in my own country where there is too much American influence, much of it of the wrong kind. If the Muslim world is to progress, this bondage has to be broken.
Even democracy won't come to the Muslim world unless this influence is overthrown. It's one of the biggest myths of our time that America wants democracy to flourish in the lands of Islam. How can it when democracy doesn't suit its interests? If we have popular governments in Muslim countries the first thing they will demand is an end to American hegemony.
The Americans were happy with the Shah, they can't abide democratic Iran. They can't abide Hamas which is the elected representative of the Palestinian people. They can't abide Hezbollah which has a representative status in Lebanese politics. Democracy in the Muslim world and the interests of American foreign policy just do not mix. That is why any kind of popular movement in the Muslim world finds itself on a collision course with US interests.
Now if we take it as correct that American domination of the Islamic world is not a good thing and deserves to be resisted, it becomes hard for so-called secularists like myself to close their eyes to the uncomfortable fact that the only forces resisting this domination, often successfully, are those which, in some form or the other, draw their inspiration from Islam.
Savour then the irony of it. The "war on terror" was meant to fight and contain radical Islam. Instead, the Bush administration has turned out to be its biggest supporter, through its arrogance, lies and blind support of Israel giving radical Islam an impetus it could never have hoped to achieve on its own.

What do you think?

Do you know that Israel is engaged in ethnic cleansing in southern Lebanon?Israel has ordered all the villagers to clear out. Israel then destroys theirhomes and murders the fleeing villagers. That way there is no one to come backand nothing to which to return, making it easier for Israel to grab theterritory, just as Israel has been stealing Palestine from the Palestinians.
Do you know that one-third of the Lebanese civilians murdered by Israel’sattacks on civilian residential districts are children? That is the report fromJan Egeland, the emergency relief coordinator for the UN. He says it isimpossible for help to reach the wounded and those buried in rubble, becauseIsraeli air strikes have blown up all the bridges and roads. Considering howoften (almost always) Israel misses Hizbollah targets and hits civilian ones, one might think that Israeli fire is being guided by US satellites and USmilitary GPS. Don’t be surprised at US complicity. Why would the puppet be anyless evil than the puppet master?
Of course, you don’t know these things, because the US print and TV media do notreport them.

Because Bush is so proud of himself, you do know that he has blocked everyeffort to stop the Israeli slaughter of Lebanese civilians. Bush has told theUN “NO.” Bush has told the European Community “NO.” Bush has told thepro-American Lebanese prime minister “NO.” Twice. Bush is very proud of hisfirmness. He is enjoying Israel’s rampage and wishes he could do the same thing in Iraq.
Does it make you a Proud American that “your” president gave Israel the greenlight to drop bombs on convoys of villagers fleeing from Israeli shelling, onresidential neighborhoods in the capital of Beirut and throughout Lebanon, onhospitals, on power plants, on food production and storage, on ports, oncivilian airports, on bridges, on roads, on every piece of infrastructure onwhich civilized life depends? Are you a Proud American? Or are you an Israeli puppet?
On July 20, “your” House of Representatives voted 410-8 in favor of Israel’smassive war crimes in Lebanon. Not content with making every American complicitin war crimes, “your” House of Representatives, according to the AssociatedPress, also “condemns enemies of the Jewish state.”
Who are the “enemies of the Jewish state”?
They are the Palestinians whose land has been stolen by the Jewish state, whosehomes and olive groves have been destroyed by the Jewish state, whose childrenhave been shot down in the streets by the Jewish state, whose women have beenabused by the Jewish state. They are Palestinians who have been walled off intoghettos, who cannot reach their farm lands or medical care or schools, whocannot drive on roads through Palestine that have been constructed for Israelisonly. They are Palestinians whose ancient towns have been invaded by militantZionist “settlers” under the protection of the Israeli army who beat andpersecute the Palestinians and drive them out of their towns. They arePalestinians who cannot allow their children outside their homes because theywill be murdered by Israeli “settlers.”
The Palestinians who confront Israeli evil are called “terrorists.” When Bushforced free elections on Palestine, the people voted for Hamas. Hamas is theorganization that has stood up to the Jewish state. This means, of course, thatHamas is evil, anti-semitic, un-American and terrorist. The US and Israelresponded by cutting off all funds to the new government. Democracy ispermitted only if it produces the results Bush and Israel want.
Israelis never practice terror. Only those who are in Israel’s way areterrorists.
Another enemy of the Jewish state is Hizbollah. Hizbollah is a militia of ShiaMuslims created in 1982 when Israel first invaded Lebanon. During thisinvasion the great moral Jewish state arranged for the murder of refugees inrefugee camps. The result of Israel’s atrocities was Hizbollah, which foughtthe Israeli army, defeated it, and drove it, with its tail between its legs, outof Lebanon. Today Hizbollah not only defends southern Lebanon but also providessocial services such as orphanages and medical care.
To cut to the chase, the enemies of the Jewish state are any Muslim country notruled by an American puppet friendly to Israel. Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the oil emirates have sided with Israel against their own kind, because theyare dependent either on American money or on American protection from their ownpeople. Sooner or later these totally corrupt governments that do not representthe people they rule will be overthrown. It is only a matter of time.
Indeed Bush and Israel may be hastening the process in their frantic effort tooverthrow the governments of Syria and Iran. Both governments have more popularsupport than Bush has, but the White House Moron doesn’t know this. The Moronthinks Syria and Iran will be “cakewalks” like Iraq, where ten proud divisionsof the US military are tied down by a few lightly armed insurgents.
If you are still a Proud American, consider that your pride is doing nothinggood for Israel or for America.
On July 20 when “your” House of Representatives, following “your” US Senate, passed the resolution in support of Israel’s war crimes, the most powerful lobbyin Washington, the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), quicklygot out a press release proclaiming “The American people overwhelming supportIsrael’s war on terrorism and understand that we must stand by our closest allyin this time of crisis.”
The truth is that Israel created the crisis by invading a country with apro-American government. The truth is that the American people do not supportIsrael’s war crimes, as the CNN quick poll results make clear and as was madeclear by callers into C-Span.
Despite the Israeli spin on news provided by US “reporting,” a majority ofAmericans do not approve of Israeli atrocities against Lebanese civilians. Hizbollah is located in southern Lebanon. If Israel is targeting Hizbollah, whyare Israeli bombs falling on northern Lebanon? Why are they falling on Beirut? Why are they falling on civilian airports? On schools and hospitals?
Now we arrive at the main point. When the US Senate and House ofRepresentatives pass resolutions in support of Israeli war crimes and condemnthose who resist Israeli aggression, the Senate and House confirm Osama binLaden’s propaganda that America stands with Israel against the Arab and Muslimworld.
Indeed, Israel, which has one of the world’s largest per capita incomes, is thelargest recipient of US foreign aid. Many believe that much of this “aid” comesback to AIPAC, which uses it to elect “our” representatives in Congress.
This perception is no favor to Israel, whose population is declining, as thesmart ones have seen the writing on the wall and have been leaving. Israel issurrounded by hundreds of millions of Muslims who are being turned into enemiesof Israel by Israel’s actions and inhumane policies.
The hope in the Muslim world has always been that the United States wouldintervene in behalf of compromise and make Israel realize that Israel cannotsteal Palestine and turn every Palestinian into a refugee.
This has been the hope of the Arab world. This is the reason our puppets havenot been overthrown. This hope is the reason America still had some prestige in the Arab world.
The House of Representatives resolution, bought and paid for by AIPAC money, isthe final nail in the coffin of American prestige in the Middle East. It showsthat America is, indeed, Israel’s puppet, just as Osama bin Laden says, and as amajority of Muslims believe.
With hope and diplomacy dead, henceforth America and Israel have only tooth andclaw. The vaunted Israeli army could not defeat a rag tag militia in southern Lebanon. The vaunted US military cannot defeat a rag tag, lightly armed, insurgency drawn from a minority of the population in Iraq, insurgents, moreover, who are mainly engaged in civil war against the Shia majority.
What will the US and its puppet master do? Both are too full of hubris andparanoia to admit their terrible mistakes. Israel and the US will eitherdestroy from the air the civilian infrastructure of Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and Iran so that civilized life becomes impossible for Muslims, or the US and Israel will use nuclear weapons to intimidate Muslims into acquiescence toIsrael’s desires.
Muslim genocide in one form or another is the professed goal of theneoconservatives who have total control over the Bush administration. Neocongodfather Norman Podhoretz has called for World War IV (in neocon thinking WWIII was the cold war) to overthrow Islam in the Middle East, deracinate theIslamic religion and turn it into a formalized, secular ritual.
Rumsfeld’s neocon Pentagon has drafted new US war doctrine that permitspre-emptive nuclear attack on non-nuclear states.
Neocon David Horowitz says that by slaughtering Palestinian and Lebanesecivilians, “Israel is doing the work of the rest of the civilized world,” thusequating war criminals with civilized men.
Neocon Larry Kudlow says that “Israel is doing the Lord’s work” by murderingLebanese, a claim that should give pause to Israel’s Christian evangelicalsupporters. Where does the Lord Jesus say, “go forth and murder your neighborsso that you may steal their lands”?
The complicity of the American public in these heinous crimes will damn Americafor all time in history.
